Searching for a Home
When working with a buyer's agent, the process of finding a home is far less stressful than going the traditional route. You have the option of seeing any property on the market with any real estate company, any for-sale-by-owner, any bank owned property, and sometimes properties that aren't even actively for sale.
After we've determined exactly what your needs and desires are, as well as how much you can afford, we will start weeding through the available properties to find the perfect home for you. As your buyer's agent, my job is to find the right property for you, not to pressure you into buying something that doesn't fit with what you are looking for.
You no longer have to worry about heavy-handed sales pitches nor agents that never return your phone calls. By screening the available homes before setting appointments to view them, we will actually save time by making sure they fit your criteria rather than making you visit places in which you would have no interest.
