It seems like wherever you go people are making promises about what they can do and what they will/won't. While I find most of these to be drivel designed to ease people into an oft ill thought-out decision, I still recognize the necessity for clearly defined acknowledgment of job duties expected of a professional. I'm not one for snazzy "closers" that are designed to get people to sign documents right away so you'll be disappointed if you expect them.

My Guarantee to You:

  1. I guarantee I will abide by YOUR timeline and won't push nor pressure you into moving faster than you want/need to.
  2. I guarantee I will review every document with you until you understand it BEFORE you sign it.
  3. I guarantee I will only show your properties that you want to see or properties that you should see in order to understand the marketplace.
  4. I guarantee I will listen to your needs, desires, and goals and not tell you what I think you want to hear.
  5. I guarantee I will not use silly little industry "buzzwords" in order to impress you.
  6. I guarantee I will never put my desire for a commission above your best interests.
