Charissa Pemper
I don't believe in sales pitches. I believe in straightforward explanations. People are smart enough to make their own decisions so long as they have all of the pertinent information in order to take everything into consideration. Hiding, misleading, not disclosing information aren't going to help you find the right home nor sell the one you have. They won't help me earn an income either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents and I work very hard to ensure that people realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not me.
I'm third-generation real estate...
I can remember when to see listings you had to photocopy them from the MLS book. Everything was handled on 3x5 cards. My grandfather, father, mother, and aunt were all real estate brokers or salespeople. I was helping my father with mailings and property information since as far back as I can remember. I've never worked in another industry. I am a also a licensed Real Estate Broker, not just a Real Estate Salesperson. I felt that the additional education requirements would better serve my clients since I would be more prepared to handle queries and concerns without needing to check in with a broker. I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
I specialize in residential sales...
And I am very skilled in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients. My service area includes the Greater Boston area, and I have a thorough knowledge of the educational, cultural, recreational and business resources in the area.
My husband is my partner...
He is my web designer and marketing manager. He has designed my wonderful websites and all of my advertising materials. I'm truly fortunate to have someone as dedicated and knowledgeable about this business to share all of this with. He too is directly involved in the real estate industry being a real estate trainer and educator as well as a vocal proponent of real estate agents using the internet to educate consumers as opposed to just building sites to "pitch". Having someone who is as committed to this business as I am makes the odd hours and unpredictable schedule much easier. Did I mention he is a fantastic dad & cook too?
I care about making a difference.
I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. In today's market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, experience, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires without imposing my own deadlines or demands keeps me ahead of my competition.
I take extreme pride in my work.
I want no one to ever accuse me of being sloppy or not caring. I won't tell you just anything to get a listing or a sale, nor will I make up any answer to fit an occasion. If I do not already know, I will find out. So if there is something you wish to know, don't hesitate, please contact me. There is never any pressure, and there never will be.™
