While many other agents/companies are downsizing, we need help. If you have been considering getting your real estate license or have your license already, please consider joining The Charissa Pemper Team. You must:

  • Be very comfortable with email, the internet, and basic computer programs
  • Be comfortable talking to new people
  • Be licensed or interested in getting your license
  • Have a car/driver's license
  • Be eager and enthusiastic

Unlike most companies, you will not be dropped out on your own without any guidance. You will be working closely with Charissa in order to gain the best experience available. We are getting referrals and contacts daily and we need assistance managing them, following up, showing properties, etc. Charissa will handle all contracts and negotiations.
